We had a great family dinner on the water! The waiters were friendly and attentive. Great night!

Portobello

Pretty much the best pasta we had during our 6 days stay on ischia.  Feet in the sand and good flavours, cant go wrong.

Awesome food and place! Right in front of the Bay port area, good staff and tasty food especially fish dishes!

We were positively surprised by the friendly staff and the delicious food. It&#39;s probably not the cheapest restaurant but the food is of high quality, especially the home made desserts. We especially liked the lemon tiramisu and pistachio tiramisu, incredibly good.

The Food was really good and the service was really nice and fast!

Beautiful location looking across the sea to the ferry port. Welcomed by the warm friendly staff. Food plentiful and well cooked. Table wine local and good. Pannacotta and berries very good

Nice restaurant inside. After being seated I asked a waiter for a bottle of the house Portobello red wine. He told us which one of three house wines was the red and left. A few mins later the head waiter came over and asked about wine to which I replied that I had already ordered a bottle of the house red. He told me that the first waiter was mistaken and they didn&#39;t have a house red (very doubtful with three different wines listed)_ so, I couldn&#39;t have ordered it and anyway the first waiter I spoke to had only started the day before. The head waiter came across as very condescending and we did not feel at ease. The starters appeared within 5 minutes of ordering with the main course about 10 minutes later so all very rushed. We had a 30% discount via our Fork booking which we suspected would not appear on the first bill - it didn&#39;t and had to be asked for. Table of 4 Americans on the next table also had to send their bill back to get the discount applied so I suspect they &#39;&#39;try it on&#39;&#39; every time to try and avoid giving the discount. The whole meal took 45 minutes and we were happy to leave. Our only bad experience in Ischia which is a wonderful island with great food and super hospitality from the locals. Avoid this tourist trap

I came across Portobello for lunch when wandering. I was instantly drawn to the menu. I was seated right away. I had three coarses and bottle of wine which was delicious and portions were perfect, as well as perfectly timed . My waiter was very helpful with suggestions and directions. I recently visited Restaurant Portobello located at Ischia Porto and had a wonderful dining experience. The restaurant had a stunning waterfront location, providing a picturesque view while enjoying our meal. The staff was friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout our visit. The menu offered a wide range of options, including fresh seafood and traditional Italian dishes. The food was delicious, with each dish prepared with care and attention to detail. The ambiance was relaxed and comfortable, making it a perfect spot for a leisurely meal. I highly recommend Restaurant Portobello for its beautiful setting, delicious food, and attentive service.
