There is a Xiamei Village at the foot of Wuyi Mountain. It is like a secluded fairyland in the depths of time. The village was built in the Sui Dynasty and flourished in the Song Dynasty. Xiamei Village was once the tea market of Wuyi Mountain. It flourished and still retains the architectural features of the Qing Dynasty. There are more than 30 ancient houses. These ancient dwelling buildings, which combine brick carving, stone carving and wood carving art, have a quiet environment and ancient meaning. The Wanli Tea Ceremony starts from here and continues to St. Petersburg in Russia.
