The Harp and Celt Authentic Irish Pub and Restaurant

The atmosphere is flawless for those seeking a down to earth, real Irish pub experience. The booths are cozy and well decorated, and the bar area is adequate. It&#39;s not the largest space, but definitely not the smallest, either.

We love both 310 locations. This location has a beautiful view of the lake and there are amazing affordable salads or more formal/$$ meals. I like that you can go here just as easily for a casual lunch or a special occasion. The 310 salad with chicken or blackened salmon and their house balsamic is my favorite dish.

The server brought our drinks and took our order and then disappeared. We had decided not to order appetizers since we could see the plentiful plates of food being delivered to other tables. We saw other tables being brought bread. Not us. One person at our table had ordered a salad and it didn&#39;&#39;t arrive. After about 15 minutes, we flagged down a different server and asked about getting bread for our table. Our server arrived with the bread. Then our food arrived, including the salad. The food was definitely good.

After reading some of the recent reviews I was concerned that my experience would be negative but instead I was pleasantly surprised! A group of about 14 had dinner there last Sunday and everyone was happy with their food. Service was efficient and friendly in spite of a little language barrier. Everyone within earshot said their dish was great! No one was served the wrong meal, no one waited a significantly longer period of time than the rest of the group and no one was made to feel uncomfortable when most checks were only for two people each. The servers even indulged our group by taking several photos for us. Prices were excellent and while some items had a more generous serving than others they were all totally adequate and served at the appropriate temperature - no one left hungry! I was happy to learn that one could substitute brown rice for only $1.00 more. The rice coming in the shape of a heart was endearing and contributed to the overall celebratory atmosphere of our gathering. The dining room was clean. A toilet was broken in the ladies room which I didn&#39;t personally see but I was told it was properly marked and there were other available facilities. Previous reviewers cautioned to make sure you were only billed for what you ordered and our check was accurate and easy to read. All in all, I was quite happy, as was the rest of our group. I would certainly return!

A downtown pub that is not the usual Disney-esque fantasy of an Irish pub. An authentic-looking street--side lends it atmosphere as does the huge bar inside. Boddington is on draft there, hard to find elsewhere, and the food was quite tasty. At the time I was there a recorded mix including Tom Petty was playing in the background - not authentically Irish. The staff was friendly and efficient. A good Irish pub experience.

My wife works about a block from The Harp And Celt and I met her here for lunch when I got back in town from a job. She had mentioned it in phone calls and I love Irish pubs so I had thought of it for a month. We each got a bowl of soup that was a dream. I had Potato and Leek and she had Crab and Shrimp Chowder. Both were excellent and very rich. Bread and butter comes with each plate and the bread is very fresh. We also ordered a Corned Beef Sandwich to split. It was made very well on toasted bread and tasted great with the spicy Coleman&#39;s mustard. The problem we discovered was that the soup was far too rich for us to try to eat the sandwich and remain awake. This was a great lunch and our downfall was it was too good. We should&#39;ve ordered a cup or left the sandwich for another visit. Tiffany was our waitress and she was excellent and handles a fairly full house very well. This was my first visit and it will not be my last.

Went in with a friend to watch the soccer for the afternoon and got a couple of cokes to start before moving onto beer and food. The staff were attentive even when just refilling the cokes to start with. The lady serving us made great effort to talk and chat with us and even gave us a free house cocktail shot. Only reason it&#39;s 4 stars is thati had a chicken burger which wasn&#39;t fantastic for the price paid. But for drinks this place is 5* for service and prices.
