Friendly and helpful waitress has kept scores higher than would be otherwise. The smell of newly bleached floor was a bit off putting. Floors being cleaned when we arrived. One of our party was given spinach when she asked that this was not included. The air con quickly made the room cold and heaters were put on to remedy the situation. No potatoes were available at all and limited gluten free options.  The dessert was also disappointing 3 squares of chocolate and some Port. Perhaps a poor choice. The worst meal we had on our trip I&rsquo;m afraid.

The place is absolutely stunning - food is great and service is even better! The staff were super friendly, presenting the place, the food and the culture in the best possible way! 10 out of 10 without a doubt!

The food was very tasty. The appetizers had very tasty spinach balls. The meat for the main course was equally delicious. Waitress girls work without much attention

Beautifully presented food in a lovely restaurant. Only comment was that the antipasto were large enough to share - too much for 1 person.

The food was pretty good, but the service was not that great to be honest. The person who attended us didn&#39;t seem to have a good day :) I think a bit more consideration and willingness to help, would go a long way.

Small restuarant with a big emphasis on wine. Great place for our lunch in Pisa: the waitress was personable and accommodating - she responded to our change of wines quickly and was helpful in choosing our dishes. One of us had the excellent Scottona Tagliata with Caramelized Tropea Onions and one of us had the  Artisan Pici with Cinta Senese White Rag&ugrave; on Tuscan Pecorino Cream: both were outstanding. A very satisfying meal.

Unfortunately they made us wait 25 minutes for our table. They were sorry for that and they offered us 2 glasses of prosecco: we said that we drink only red wine, so they gave us two of them but at the end we discovered that we paid them!The waitress took a wrong order and she was so disappointed on that and she said that was our mistake (we ordered pasta with rag&ugrave; and we received pasta with garlic sauce, so not something to easily confused).We gave the plate back to them (without touching it) and at least we didn&#39;t pay for it.It looks as a good and friendly place, but we didn&#39;t have a good experience.
