The potatoes &#39;papas arrugadas&#39; were not fresh. Ugly with lots of spots on it. Our main course, dry seafood rice with cuttlefish, langoustine (1 very dry) and prawns (2 dry) was cold when served at the table. They brought us a new plate after complaining.

We truly enjoyed the evening at MareNubium and will be back. The food was masterly composed, prepared and presented, with a strong focus on local and seasonal ingredients. The service was personal and pleasantly attentive, maybe the best I have experienced. Example 1: I have a wheat allergy and was not only receiving my dishes wheat free and given the choice of gluten-free bread . When I didn&#39;t take the gluten-free bread (I just don&#39;t like it), I was offered the an extra pot of herb butter to taste purely. I loved that! Example 2:  a young family joined and the young daughter was given a menu too (she couldnt read yet) and served with the same sincere-serene attention as us adults. The atmosphere is stylish and calmly serene. Lovely experience, looking forward to be back.

The server was really nice.The bar belongs to a big hotel and is quite modern and not very traditional.A tourist place with quite high prices.The food is OK, but not sure everything was homemade.

Very nice local restaurant. Our food, lamb chops, mussels and mini calamari was really good. The Fork 30% offer was included on the whole bill!  Really recommend this restaurant. Will come back.

The location was lovely and the quality of the food was good, but from the recommendations we&rsquo;ve read in the internet before we&rsquo;ve expected a bit more.

Excellent restaurant based on location being in sea front and very good cooking, one downside is the service or lack of serving staff.

Great service, we had a lovely time. Our waitress was lovely and very accommodating even with the language barrier :)
