Built in the 19th century, the square is known as the "Revolution Square" in the Soviet era, is the most important square in the entire city of Tashkent. In the center of the square stands the statue of Timur, mahogany, and is surrounded by fountains, cafes, small restaurants, and major Tashkent landmarks. In addition to the various attractions full of characteristics, a plate of hand-cooked rice in the Central Asian Hand-cooked Rice Center is also one of the unique experiences that cannot be missed in Tashkent. Five large pots take turns, blending the aromas of rice, vegetables, meat and grease perfectly, each one making the taste buds happy.
