Shangri-La Baiji Temple was built in the Yuan Dynasty and has a history of hundreds of years. Located on the top of the mountain behind the ancient city of Dukezong, there are seven thousand-year-old incense trees in front of the temple gate, tall, surrounded by three or four feet, green all year round, overlooking Shangri-La New Town, Dukezong Ancient City is even more vague. Baiji Temple is full of incense, and countless believers pray for a blessing site on the first and fifteenth days of the new year. Whenever a wish is returned, chickens are released. When the east is white, the cocks croak and wake up the sleeping ancient city, and the people of all ethnic groups start a busy day. The ancestors long called Baiji Temple, and built a pavilion on the top of the mountain, Bodhi "chicken ming Shengshi" four words.
