Baitashan Park in the north of Lanzhou City is located on Baita Mountain by the Yellow River. It was opened as a park in 1958. It is named after a white tower temple at the top of the mountain. Baita Temple was built in the Yuan Dynasty and climbed to the top of the Baita Mountain Mountain to overlook the city's appearance. A century-old iron bridge at the foot of the mountain is Zhongshan Bridge, built in 1908.
