In 1898, Seattle was ashes by a fire, and during the rebuilding process, the city was raised to a level, and the original first floor became a basement, the underground city of Pioneer Square we see today. If you have visited Seattle’s various attractions and experienced the beauty of the seafront, the rest of the time may wish to take a look at the underground old town, and see the city’s new rise nearly 100 years ago.

A great place to learn about Seattle's history, the guide was funny and mentioned the enduring role of the current US president's grandfather in this history.

The Dungeon Tour takes about 1 hour and 40 minutes and is organized in an orderly manner. When purchasing tickets, you will be told the time of the latest batch of admissions and printed on the bracelet. The same batch of tourists will first listen to the fact sheet in the underground hall, and then be led by several tour guides in groups. Each tour guide will stagger the entrance to ensure that all tourists hear and see. Eventually visitors will disband at the souvenir mall.

The city was rebuilt early after the fire in 1889, and in order to solve the problem of sewers and steep ground, the municipal government filled the old road at eight to thirty-two feet, and the second floor of the original building became the first floor, the first floor became the basement, and the entire old road became a dungeon. The Herald Square in the southwest corner of downtown Seattle is the earliest city.
