By the time we reached Boathouse Street, we had already walked nearly 10 kilometers to the sights of Central Philadelphia. But it was still a very pleasant walk along the river, along various universities and schools and fraternity buildings some of which could see they had passed their prime, and some looked like they were using perfect bricks, The carved wood was just built (all of which were built in the early 20th century), and the landscaping. It was very peaceful and breezy, and very relaxing after a busy day. Highly recommended as a soothing and peaceful walk.
