The geotectonic position of Changqing Reserve is in the middle of the Indo-branch fold in Haixi, South Qinling Mountains. It is composed of a series of east-west folds and parallel faults. It is later emplaced, swallowed and destroyed by the second long granite in the Indo-branch period. The existing structural pattern is mostly a number of incomplete, varying scale folds, fracture structures. The main rocks have granite, granite gneiss and other kinds, so that the geologically called "Huayang rock base" the main part.
