Chen Congzhou Art Museum, also known as the Gion Garden, was built in 1998, located on the north side of Xiqiao, adjacent to Xiqiao Caotang, covering more than 3 mu. The main building is an exhibition hall with ethnic style. In order to commemorate Chen Congzhou, a famous garden expert in China, there is a half pavilion in the courtyard. Professor Chen Congzhou designed the reappearance of Mingxuan, an American garden.
