Located in Dongping County, Shandong Province, it is an important water conservancy of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal, which guarantees the high terrain of the hilly areas in the southeast and south of the mountain and the problem of the canal water flow. The dam was built in the Yongle period of the Ming Dynasty. Ming Chengzu Dingdu Beijing, in order to solve the north transportation of grain, re-drain the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal, sent the Ministry of Industry Shangshu Song Li to supervise the river work, adopted the advice of the folk water conservancy expert Bai Ying, built a dam in Daicun, diverted the Dawen River water, and finally let the Grand Canal pass smoothly. A museum is now built, and the image shows the construction process of the water conservancy hub and plays a major role.
