Dongzhulin Temple is located in Benzilan Township, Deqin County, Diqing Prefecture, Yunnan Province. The original name is "Chongchongcuogang Temple", and later renamed Dongzhulin Temple. The monastery was built in 1667 at the beginning of the Qing Dynasty. It belongs to the key protection unit of Yunnan Province and the earliest Tibetan Buddhism birthplace in western Fujian. Due to its long history, there are many treasures. It is managed by many living Buddhas. Zhulin Temple has more than 300 monks and 4 living Buddhas.
