Very popular location with multiple hotels and restaurants. one of not many walkable areas in Dubai. Worth a stroll and you can also jump on and off the water bus run by RTA. with stops in multiple locations for only 5 dirham

Dubai Mari stands sprawling with skyscrapers, high-end apartment blocks that look gorgeous in the evening light. A leisurely stroll around the pier is the best way to see Dubai's night view. The pier area is built with walkways stretching for several kilometres, ideal for afternoon or romantic moonwalks. Tourists to Dubai pier can visit world-class restaurants, cafes and shops day and night. There are occasional market events on the pier, and charter yachts around the pier are also popular.

This is a must visit place Dubai, especially in winter nights and if you can combine with JBR that would be great.
