One of the best places in the city to take advantage of Seattle's many bodies of water and unique opportunities for urban hiking is Foster Island, connected via trails to Marsh Island, East Montlake Park and Washington Park Arboretum. It's awesome to find a place so secluded from the rest of the city. From the shores you can see the neighborhoods to the south and some of the University buildings to the north. But most of all I love how much water there is to see, populated mostly by picturesque sailboats and kayakers. There are a lot of great places to take a hike in Seattle, but this is one of my favorite spots to enjoy the city's unique bodies of water.

This is a very suitable place for walking and hiking. There are a lot of plants in the park, lush water and grass, and there are many small animals inhabiting. People around will also come here to run or walk dogs.

If you are visiting the Seattle Arboretum be sure to wander over to Foster Island on the north end of the park. Once you pass under the 520 bridge and after you have enjoyed the views from the waterfront, if the water level is low enough, take the Arboretum Waterfront Trail that heads in the direction of the University of Washington stadium.

This is an island walkway in a Wetland Park East of Twenty-Four Avenue in Seattle. The environment here is very beautiful. Various plants grow vigorously. There are many wild ducks in the lake. The ecological protection is very good.

This walkway is the most beautiful walkway in Seattle. There are trees on both sides, flowers, many wild ducks living here. I am very surprised by the large water lilies. The breeze blows through the fragrant fragrance and makes me feel like I am in fairyland.
