Langmu Temple is a residential area at the intersection of Gansu Province and Sichuan Province, and is a small town under the jurisdiction of Luqu County, Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Gansu Province, and Ruoergai County, Aba Tibetan and Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province. A small stream less than 2m wide flows through the town, but there is a very stylish name "Bailongjiang", as translated by Tibetan meaning "Baishui River". The crystal clear Bailongjiang water divides the town in two. Jiangbei is Saichi Temple belongs to Luqu County, Gansu, and is also called "Anda Cang Lang Mu Saichi Temple", Jiangnan is Geerdi Temple belongs to Sichuan Ruoergai County, and is also called "Anda Cang Lang Muerdi Temple", all belong to Tibetan Buddhist Gelu Temple.
