Genghis Khan Square, located in Hulunbuir City, named after Genghis Khan, is listed as the largest square in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region with Xilin Square, and is one of the landmarks in the Hailar District of Hulunbuir City. The most striking of the square is the Genghis Khan theme sculpture, designed by Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts, which started in July 2005 and took a month to complete. The total height of the sculpture is 22 meters, the diameter of the column is 3 meters, the column body and the foot are gold foil finish, the totem pattern of the silver foil, the white steel shape of the golden eagle is the abstract refinement of the white cloud grassland, and the top is the shape of Genghis Khan's horse-raising whip.
