Visit the northern edge of the Grand Canyon, Xiaoji and my wife went to the northern edge of the Grand Canyon this summer. Despite the considerable number of other tourists, it did not feel crowded at all and seemed so peaceful. Personally, the scenery from the north edge is as good as the south. The hotel we stayed at was very nice, sitting on some big wooden chairs in front and enjoying the iced lemonade. It was pleasant to witness the landslide on the other side of the canyon and the dust clouds that followed flying into the sky. There is also a life-size bronze statue of donkey called "Brighty", which tells a beautiful story. Reliance on the pole overlooking the north edge of the cloudless Grand Canyon, at least 10,000 feet deep. Under the mountain are dense vegetation such as poplar and red pine trees. In the distance is heavy, but the eyes can see the outline of the peaks connected into a perfect arc, and amazed by the magic of nature. We then drove back to the furthest Cape Royal to enjoy the view from the east and west, which took about 45 minutes and was very awkward. When entering the parking lot, the entrance to the trail was on our left side, and to be honest the sign was not obvious and hard to find. But the flaws are not hidden, there are many great photo spots. It is recommended to look for the "Window of Angels" first, and you can find it along the trail where you can see the Colorado River crossing it. It is worth mentioning that when you leave the North Rim, there is a gas station at the exit of the main highway, which has a food store inside. The homemade chocolate cookies they sell are fantastic, topped with koi moustache and chocolate cream, the most delicious cookie we have ever had. Tips: 1. Open hours: 9am to 5pm every day. 2. Remember to bring some warm clothes.
