The former site of the Huining Red Army Association is located in Huishi Town, Huining County, Gansu Province. It is a revolutionary site expanded to commemorate the victory of the First, Second and Fourth Army of the Chinese Workers and Peasants. Its main building, the "Huishi Building", was built in the Ming Dynasty, is the physical evidence of the Third Army's Ninghui Division, and is also a symbol of the ancient city of Huining. The "Red Army Association Revolutionary Cultural Relics Exhibition Hall" displays a large number of cultural relics such as horse lanterns and copper pots left by the Red Army during the Red Army Association Division.
