Shanghai Magnolia Plaza Shopping Center is a newly built comprehensive shopping mall in Hongkou District. It is quite unique in the shape of Magnolia Flowers. If you are first there, beware of getting lost. The parking lot there, the shopping mall is like a maze, and most people have "lost". Hahaha! Very happy.

A nice experience. A great view of the illuminated buildings on the shoreline. The river cruise took roughly an hour. We stood up for the whole trip taking (far too many) photos. There are toilet facilities on board, and don’t forget to take a jacket or jumper as it can get a bit windy.

Tips:It is nice place to walk especially at night. A night cruise along this river is a fantastic way to see the city lights, the are something else. We paid extra to get up front on the boat and it was well worth it as we had uninterrupted viewing. An absolute must do in Shanghai.

View of the Pearl Tower and river Huang Phu is very beautiful. Both sides of the Huang Phu River are lit up in the evening, very beautiful. I went here two days in a row.

Huangpu River is beautiful, especially at night. The lights coming from buildings and skyscrapers across the river are breathtaking.

Shanghai is split in two by the Huangpu River, which divides the city into Puxi, west of the river, and Pudong, east of the river. Both terms can be used in a general sense for everything on their side of the river, including various suburbs.
