This cathedral in the heart of Puerto Princesa is located right next to the Plaza Cuartel. They hold mass in both English and Filipino multiple times a day and is decorated with impressive wooden arches and paintings of the 12 apostles on the roof.

The whole building emits light blue. The blue glass in the church is like a deep and quiet ocean. The Holy Spirit Pregnant Cathedral is unique. When sunlight is reflected through the glass and scattered through the blue windows into the church, the church becomes a blue underwater world.
