In April 1980, Zhayanor open-pit miners found mammoth paleobiological fossils when they were stripping on the ancient river of Dalan Juromu. In July 1980, the mammoth fossil was officially unearthed, with a complete degree of up to 70%. It is4.75 meters tall, 9 meters long, 2 meters long, 2 meters long, 3 meters diameter of the root of the incisor. It is the largest fossil specimen found in ancient elephants in China so far. In the spring of 1984, Zhayanor Mine Bureau found another mammoth fossil in the open pit, Zhayanor also obtained the name of "home of mammoth".

Recommend the Zhayan Noor Museum in Manzhouli, which completely exceeded my expectations! The basement floor is a simulated coal mine, showing various scenes of coal mining.
