Jintianguan sits north to south, according to the layout of the three axis lines of the middle, east and west. The central axis is arranged from south to north, with nine Tianmen, Yuantan Temple, Fazutang, Zhenwu Temple, Tianshi Temple, Leizu Temple and Promenade, Sanqing Temple, Yuhuang Pavilion, Laozi Temple; The east axis is the gate, the hall, the Kuixing Pavilion and its east and west wing rooms, Wenchang Palace, Wenchang Palace East wing rooms, Yunshui Hall; the west axis is the three public temples, the mother palace, Huaxu Palace, Taoist Temple, etc.

The Jintianguan, built in the Ming Dynasty, is famous for Tang Yu and Mingsu Princess "Bixue Monument". The gate is in the lady. It is relatively low-key. Jintianguan (Lanzhou Workers' Cultural Palace), because the view of the statue of Leizu, also known as "Leitan", is the holy place of Taoism in Lanzhou in the early years. In the past, the Golden Temple Pavilion Chongxuan, the corridor is quiet, and the pine and cypress are scattered. The middle is Leitan, the east is the altar, the west is the Wuxuan, and there is a garden in the northwest corner. It is now called the Lanzhou Workers' Cultural Palace.

Jintianguan is located on Xijin East Road, Qilihe District, Lanzhou City. The construction of Suzhuang Wang Zhu Ying in the second year (1400 years) of Ming Hui Emperor. After the Ming and Qing Dynasties, it has been renovated and built repeatedly, forming the current layout scale, covering an area of 26,014 square meters, and the construction area of about 4,000 square meters. Jintianguan Tang Dynasty was called Yunfeng Temple, and the Song Dynasty was changed to Jiuyangguan. Because it is located in the west of Chengchi, it is a gold in the west of the five lines, so it is called Jintianguan. Jintianguan is now the Workers' Cultural Palace of Lanzhou City.
