The talented poet Ishikawa-Kim of the Meiji period was appointed a newspaper reporter here in 1908, showing relevant materials, now the Ishikawa-Kimu Memorial Hall, but also exhibited many of the city customs and cultural materials of the Showa-Kimu City. The statue of Ishikawa Suzuki stands at the entrance of the Hong Kong Museum of Culture.
