The ancient garden is composed of nine independent and carefully restored samurai mansions and their courtyards. The Edo-style courtyard has waterfalls, salmon ponds, pavilions, rockery, shrubs, and the scenery is the most beautiful in the spring and autumn. Many Japanese historical dramas are filmed in the second time, and there is a quiet tea room, which is in the red leaf season, and the dressed women gather here.

4/5ExcellentOriginal TextGood ancient garden, just next to Himeji City, buy a joint ticket. Inside are several Edo-era courtyards, there are flowers, grass, pools and fish. The courtyard is elegant, pleasing to the eye, and beautiful courtyard.

5/5OutstandingOriginal TextCocoen, a must-visit after visiting Himeji Castle! It is one of the top 5 gardens I have been to. It has a total of 9 gardens. It is so pretty and the atmosphere is good.
