Hamlet Castle, Denmark, located on the seaside of the city of Helsinger, north of the island of Siam, Denmark, is located at the narrowest exit of the Baltic strait, built during the period of Frederick II of Denmark. The castle was designed and built by Dutch architects. Made of rock, the brown copper roof is majestic and spectacular, and is the most exquisite Renaissance architecture in northern Europe. It is said that Shakespeare wrote the immortal tragedy Hamlet as the background of this castle, so the castle is called Hamlet Castle.
