Kunming Water History Museum is located in Cuihu Jiulong Pool, a special museum that witness the history of Kunming water development and the history of Kunming drinking water. The old site of the museum was built in 1917. At the beginning of the 20th century, Kunming citizens' living drinking water was mainly well water and river water was supplemented. In addition to the private courtyard dam, there was also a "clear spring industry" on the market to sell water for a living. It was not until August 1917 that the first waterworks were built in Kunming, which opened a new chapter in the drinking water of the citizens. The museum is not big, and when you travel to Cuihu, you can go around. The surrounding greenery is beautiful.
