Li Qingquan (1889 - 1942), originally from Jinjing Town, Jinjiang, came to Manila with his father in his early years. He was the king of Philippine timber. Located at the foot of the flag-raising mountain, Li Qingquan Villa is a three-storey villa which combines Chinese and Western culture. It was built in 1926. Because the Li family is rich in timber, the materials of villas are all made of precious timber such as Chinan.
