The Lutzena Palace is one of Prague's most prestigious cultural centers. It was built between 1907 and 1921 and was designed by Vácslav Havel , the grandfather of the former president. Inside the LUCERNA corridor there is a sculpture of David Cherney “Riders,” and Prague is full of the artist’s fantastic sculptures, and people say that if you come to Prague, you will definitely see his work. The sculpture depicts Wattslaf as the same as the square, the horse is four feet upside down under the dome, the great Wattslaf riding on the horse's stomach
