Meili Snow Mountain is a large snow mountain group located in the east of Chayu County, Tibet, and in the west of Jingyunling Township, Deqin County, Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province, with a total length of 150 kilometers. It is called Kawagbo Snow Mountain in Tibetan, and the word "Meili" is translated into German Tibetan mainri, meaning Yaoshan, which is named after a variety of precious medicinal materials. At the same time, it is also a holy place of the Yongzhongben religion, and the Gang Rinpoche in Tibet, the Animaqing Mountain in Qinghai, and the Qiduo Juewo in Qinghai, which is called the four major mountain gods of Tibetan Buddhism. The highest peak, Kawagbo Peak, is 6,740 meters above sea level, is the highest peak in Yunnan Province, located 10 kilometers southwest of Deqin County, 184 kilometers from Zhongdian County. It is about 30 kilometers long, of which the highest peak in the pyramid is Kawagbo Peak, 6,740 meters above sea level, and is the highest peak in Yunnan Province. The Meili Snow Mountain fracture activity is strong and towering, with 13 peaks above 6,000 meters above sea level surrounded by Kawagbo Peak, the highest mountain in the southeast edge of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.
