I was really excited about visiting the planetarium because I’ve seen some in Europe. Inside there is a cool exhibition about space and lots of other things to try, fun for kids. Unfortunately for us, several school classes were visiting the planetarium that day, and the guide/teacher spoke through the microphone, really noisy, worse than some crying children. I really wanted to see one of the exhibitions but didn’t want to see it with a lot of kids. Definitely worth a visit for families, with the bird park right next to it. This place is more for kids to play. It’s hard to feel enjoyed without a short display. Not all visitors enjoy reading the plate information. I was bored after 30 minutes inside. For me, gravity space, space toilet, sleeping bag, space costumes were the main places to attract my attention. There was an elevator access to the observation deck, but due to the hot weather we stayed there for 5 minutes and there was no air conditioning at all. The stairs are blocked by chairs so the elevator is the only access up and down, but safety is a problem. If you have enough time in Kuala Lumpur, you can drop by to this planetarium after visiting the Kuala Lumpur Bird Park, they are in the same area.
