Beichan Temple, located on the north mountain of the waterfront of Beiqian, Xining City, more than 2,400 meters above sea level, commonly known as "Beishan Temple", also known as Yongxing Temple. Because of the stacking of Beishan cliffs, it is overlooked like the tall tower of Tutai, so it is also known as Tulou Mountain, Beichan Temple is also called Tulou View.
