A real gem! very hip and chic! lots of art studios and younger trendy crowd. Even if you’re not into art, it’s got nice little coffee shops and quiet areas to just walk around and look or sit and people watch. The general area is very French like (I’m reminded of Shanghai French Concession), tree lined streets, chill vibe…

A great area to spend an afternoon or even longer. Plethora of quaint cafes in this artistic district. Don't evem feel like you are in China.

OCT-LOFT Cultural Park is also called OCT-LOFT Cultural Park. It was originally an industrial area. Later, the former factory buildings were transformed into LOFT Creative Industry Studio, which brought together animation studios, art spaces and many avant-garde design brands. It became a cultural landmark similar to Beijing 798.
