Rome-German Museum (Römisch-Germanisches Museum) is an archaeological museum in the German city of Cologne, which houses a large collection of Roman-era archaeological artifacts from the Cologne region. It opened in 1974 and has the world's largest collection of ancient Roman glass. The sculptures and ruins on display inside and outside the foyer fully reflect the most comprehensive collection of ancient Roman handicrafts along the Rhine. The address of the museum is on the east side of the south gate of Cologne Cathedral. It is a must-pass place after visiting Cologne Cathedral.
