The residence is divided into gardens and residences. The gardens are part of the gardens of the Park Street Lighting Engineering Management Office of the Taipei Municipal Government's Public Works Bureau. The residence has been strictly controlled in the past, but is now open for visitors to visit and there are frequent flower exhibitions. The residence includes the "Official House", "Guest House", "Kaige Hall", and "Ciyun Pavilion". The "Guest House" and "Guest House" are jointly called "Main House". It is a two-story western-style residence, formerly the residence of Jiang Zhongzheng and Mrs. Song Meiling, and is now listed as a monument. It was handed over to the Taipei Municipal Government's Cultural Bureau in October 2010 and opened on January 2, 2011. Next to the main house is the "Kaige Hall", built in 1950, the appearance of the red tile, is the church where Jiang Zhongzheng and his wife worship.
