Although it was a three-spaced old house, the guide inside gave us a glimpse of the middle class life at the time, all the bricks and furnishings were preserved. Usually I see a lot of people taking wedding photos at the back door. I sit at the back door and take pictures, but I didn't expect to see that after the special guide, I can understand the life of the previous working class. After several years, the kitchen and bathroom changes. There is hot water outside. Here you can see the rock. The past and present life of the stone district.

Enjoyed the trip very much. Learned a lot about the history of the rock. The houses are like time capsules showing the changes in furniture and facilities over the years. I would like to praise Ted aloud. He kept us on a great journey, and he was funny and handled the problem well.

Take you to understand the state of life of the labor class at that time, although it was an old house with three intervals, the guide inside let us see the life of the middle class at that time, all the bricks and furnishings were preserved. Really a great place to visit! I’m not usually keen on museums, but this “live museum” is a place I’d always recommend. I took my elderly parents to visit and luckily had Margaret as our guide and we found her particularly wonderful, particularly knowledgeable and charming. The whole journey takes only about an hour, including watching a short video and a visit to four (small) villas, with furniture from different periods, from the early 1800s to the 1970s. Story, video and photos from different people who have lived here really brought life to this museum. Tickets are only $8 and I haven't found anything more interesting that you spend $8! You can also go to the small shop to see - or what it was just built - to find a memory.

Suzanne's house is a series of four old houses, built in 1884 in the early days of Sydney's harbour opening. It preserves a complete architectural structure and internal settings, so that people can clearly understand the life of the early migrant working class. The corner building became an old grocery store and opened on the weekend, selling handicraft products with centuries of flavor. Suzanne's building is not particularly gorgeous, and the interior decoration can not be classified as any genre, but its biggest feature is that he has never been renovated on a large scale. It can be said that it really presents the residential style of Sydney's ordinary citizens more than 100 years ago.
