This piece is mainly a small Gothic revival design style architecture, from the Victorian era to the neoclassical period almost all of the shape of the buildings gathered here. A row of historic buildings known as the "hotbed" of the city's architecture has become a representative area of local history and culture

Swiss Avenue is a historic Dallas street running 2.5 miles long. You’re welcome to drive your car down the street, but I’d much prefer it if you parked, got out, and walked down this tree-lined, wide street, with a wonderful median for easy strolling. You will see that there are many types of architecture represented on this street, because each house had to be built specifically as each resident desired: Spanish, Georgian, Prairie, and many more. The residents here are some of the most distinguished in the city: founder of Neiman-Marcus, a US senator, and many of the Munger family who originally developed this prestigious area.
