Aokichuan Nature Reserve, located in Ningqiang County, Hanzhong, Shaanxi Province, is a national nature reserve approved by the State Council. The protected area is a tropical wet area in the north, with a special geographical location, special climate type, average annual temperature of 13 ℃, a typical cold subtropical mountain climate. The reserve is mainly to protect rare wild animals, plants and their habitats such as giant pandas, golden monkeys, yaks, and Zhu Ying.
