Aokichuan National Nature Reserve is located in the southern edge of Qinling Mountain trough fold belt. It is a calcite quartz schist of mica turquoise. It has strong tectonic and magma activities, tight folds, rock formation metamorphosis, faults and secondary structures are fully developed. The folds are mainly duplex batch inclined. The main fault is north-east, and the main fault is north-east.
