This museum is perfect for anyone who loves art or is looking to learn more about ceramics. They have a great collection of ceramics from throughout Japan's history, and more than any other art museum in Japan. This museum in particular is great because its collection also showcases ceramics from other countries including China and Korean making it very large and extensive.

The museum mainly displays some ceramic artworks from China and North Korea, which are selected from a large collection. The price of the special exhibition is more expensive than the online ones, and there are no particularly stunning exhibits in the museum.

Osaka City Oriental Ceramic Art Museum, founded in 1982, is a famous Ceramic Museum in Osaka City, Japan. It is famous for its collection of ceramics from China and Korea. Because of the strong support of people from all walks of life, especially the important donation of Anzhai Collection, which includes more than 1,000 pieces of collections from China and Korea, the Osaka Municipal Government has moved to build a new Dongyang Ceramic Art Museum for special exhibition. Over the past three decades, museums have been expanding their collections and gradually ranking in the forefront of similar museums in the world.

We go to this gallery several times a year to visit their special exhibition, the whole exhibition is very well organized. The exhibition hall is not big, but it includes ceramics from many eras in China, Korea, and Japan. This special exhibition does not have multi-country voice guidance, but at least this exhibition allows me to use smartphone translation software to help identify the works. I also found that recently, fixed collection labels have added English translations; This is a very welcome improvement.
