The Royal Exhibition Hall is located north of Melbourne's city centre, adjacent to the Melbourne Museum and in Carlton Gardens. The exhibition hall was built in 1880, Byzantine style, magnificent exterior, spacious interior hall, often used by various large exhibitions held internationally as venues. The Royal Exhibition Hall has been repaired several times and was listed on the UNESCO World Heritage List in 2004 with Carlton Gardens.
