Free to enter，and a great place to sit down and relax for a few hours. Mao’s Masoleum was closed when we went，but it was still neat to check out this huge square. Lots of security and you need to forfeit your lighter if you carry one.

    Recommend friends to visit the magnificent Tiananmen Square in Beijing, Chairman Mao Memorial Hall, People's Heroes Monument, National Museum, Great Hall of the People, and the flag raising ceremony when the sun rises every day. Be sure to go to Tiananmen City Tower and take a photo with Grandpa Mao! I love Beijing Tiananmen Square. The sun rises on Tiananmen Square.
