I've been visiting the Utah House for many, many years, starting as a tourist, then on field trips with children, and then as a citizen voting on the Utah legislature's bill. It's never disappointing. Visitors only learn about the history of the Utah State Capitol by surrounding the building's interior, including ceilings and frescos and sculptures on the dome. If you are lucky enough to be in town for six weeks, from 25 January to 10 March 2016, you should go to the council to see. If you are a photographer, be sure to take lots of pictures of marble halls, rooms, paintings and take pictures of the entire Salt Lake Valley from east to south to west.
