From the Baoguo Temple at the foot of Mount Emei Mountain, you can drive up the mountain, park in the parking lot of Wannian Temple, and then take the cable car up the mountain, up and down for a total of 110 yuan. After walking a mountain road, and then climbing the long steps, you will enter the Wannian Temple. The most famous of the Wannian Temple is the Brickless Brick Palace, which was built in the Ming Wanli period and is a square Brickless Palace with a dome. In the bronze statue of Puxian Bodhisattva, it sits on the lotus seat on the back of the six-tooth white elephant. The beamless brick temple imitates the technology and style of India and Myanmar. The four walls are all bricked with diamond-shaped vaults, which are painted with four-day girls holding gongs, gongs and flutes. The temple has no beams and no pillars, no wood. There is a rectangular pool in the Wannian Temple. It is said that the monks of the Tang Dynasty used to play the piano for Li Bai by the pool. Then there was a poem of Li Bai's "Listening to the monks and playing the piano", which was praised by Li Bai for the ages. The poem day: "The monks embraced the green dragonfly, and the peak of Emei was down west. Waving my hand for me, like listening to the wan Song. Standing by the pool for a while, I really heard the very beautiful frog call, like the note "Domisodo", very like the sound of the guqin, but only heard its sound, did not see its frog, under suspicion, checked Baidu: play the piano frog is an amphibian animal with no tail, frog family. The average body length is 45 mm (male frog) and 47 mm (female frog). It turned out to be such a small frog, no wonder it was hidden in the grass and could not be seen at all. Regarding the piano frog, there is also a more magical legend: during the Tang Dynasty, there was a monk called Guangxu in the Wannian Temple of Mount Emei, who was very good at playing the piano. Whenever he played the piano, the tits in the surrounding woods and the frogs in the pond next to the Pilu Temple stopped crowing and listened to the melodious sound of the piano. One day, a girl in a green dress appeared, worshiping the monks and asking for guidance. The monk also taught her in her free time. Later, the monk died, and the green girl did not appear again. It is legend that the green girl who came to listen to the piano was the frog. It learned to play the piano from the monk. After the monk died, he continued to play the beautiful and moving piano. People call this frog “playing the piano frog.”
