Located on the southwest coast of Victoria, Australia, Wanampur is a port city, the end of Ocean Road, and the end of two other important roads in southwestern Victoria: Princes Highway and Hamilton Highway, which attract more than 700,000 visitors a year. Vanampur is also known as the "Whale City", and its eastern Logans Beach (Logans Beach) is a natural breeding ground for southern right whales. Large numbers of southern right whales come here from May to August every year to breed their offspring, which is the best time to watch southern right whales. The city has many tourist destinations, including the wonderful and infinite Lake Pertbo Amusement Park, the colorful botanical garden, the fun and endless Hopkins River, the Merri River, and the Hopkins Falls (Hopkins Falls), which provides picnics and fishing places for tourists.
