The park maintains the original crystal and tree view of the children's park, leading the spring water to the stream, which runs through the park. On the west side of the park is the Tsuen Wan business district. There is a tall white relief on the east side of the lake called "Tsuen Xianrui". In 1939, Xining people here guided the springs, built embankments and dug lakes, built pavilions and pavilions, built gardens for visitors to enjoy, and named "Park", one of Xining's scenic spots, the spring water under the soil slope on the west bank of the Nanchuan River is also known as "Pingquan". In 1951, the renovated park was renamed Victory Park; in the 1980s, Victory Park was renamed Children's Park, surrounded by peony, lotus, chrysanthemum, plum, pomegranate, xian peach and other flowers and trees, bats, clouds, life characters and other embossed reliefs.
