Panlongshan Ancient Buildings were built by Li Zicheng, the leader of the peasant uprising in the late Ming and early Qing Dynasties. It is a relatively complete ancient buildings in the northwest area, mainly composed of Lelou, Meihua Pavilion, Pengsheng Building, Two Tianmen, Yuhuang Pavilion, Qixiang Palace, Zhaoqing Palace and other buildings. Yuhuang Pavilion, also known as the Hufa Zunshen Building, formerly known as Range Rover Building, is a double-layer brick wooden beam structure, upper brick pavilion, surrounded by 12 corridor pillars support, bucket arch folding, resting on the top of the mountain, nine ridges 14 beasts; lower blue brick pavilion wall, bucket arch lifting. There are four corners of the pavilion in front of the pavilion, four corners of the pavilion behind the pavilion, the main building is wide 7.6 meters, the depth 6.6 meters, the corridor is high 2.4 meters, the corridor is 2 meters deep, there are stone carving guardrails in front and left and right of the building; there are stone arched ramps downstairs (45 degrees slope 21 steps, each level is high 0.22 meters) connecting the two-day gate and the roof courtyard. North of the building is the "Penglai Wonderland" archway, its platform base, square pillar, pier for stone, , for wooden, 9 step arch lifting frame, glass tile top of the mountain, square height 7 meters; left and right sides for the bell, drum tower, stone platform base, blue brick guardrail, four pillar lifting frame, cross ridge top of the mountain.
