Zhou Baozhong Memorial Hall has been in his hometown, Wanqiao Township, Dali City, Wanqiao Village, and built his tall statue in front of the museum, which became a base for patriotic education for future generations. He was born in a Bai family in Dali, Yunnan Province. In order to find the way to save the country and the people, he enlisted in the army at 15 years old and became a deputy commander of the major general at 25 years old. He has been in the Northeast for 14 years of hard work and resistance. He has been in all kinds of wars and has made great contributions to national independence and the liberation of New China. From the Revolution to the People's War of Resistance to Japan to the Northeast, Zhou Baozhong has always been on the front line of armed struggle and resolutely struggles with enemies at home and abroad. He had been wounded five times, three times in the Northeast Anti-Japanese guerrilla war, of which there were two major injuries, and there were eleven injuries.
