Alimento Review

In the United States, it is the rhythm of eating Western food every day. Western food is basically a steak or lamb chops. The lamb chops will have a little sheep taste, so basically there are more steaks, basically three cooked.

Alimento, a small restaurant, there are quite a lot of people, probably not so formal restaurant, so the guests are more relaxed, in fact, the steak is quite delicious, and the wine is not bad.

The Alimento restaurant is inspired by Italy, but some of the interiors are taken from local handicrafts. This street near the Silver Lake Reservoir is a restaurant with a small but stable source of old customers. Although the food ingredients are from the local area, through the hands of the chef, the food will become more tasteful and innovative, and you will see a variety of pasta on the menu, all blending Zach's ideas. This store is called "the coolest Italian restaurant" by Dodgers fans, recommending the highly regarded "Pig in Blanket" cuisine, which is made of Italian sausage, wheat flour, Italian cheese, etc., delicious and tempting! Pasta is certainly a classic to miss, especially the combination of Parmesan and Italian bacon sausage, blended with pork juice and mouthwatering. If you like wine, there is a micro-brew beer from Italy! Zach Pollack ALIMENTO, the new Italian restaurant, seems destined to be amazing when it opens. The clean environment and stylish decoration of the restaurant have become a highlight for diners. The cuisine is no longer the usual Caesar salad and pasta, but the latest dishes, such as fried chrysanthemum with anchovies, ink sauce pasta with fresh red wine ink rings. The previously popular Italian dumplings with Parmesan cheese are still popular here, and they are delicious. In addition, there are more than 30 wines available.

I went to Alimento for dinner thanks to my boyfriend who booked it after seeing it was a good place for vegetarian food. The atmosphere is cosy and simple, the waitress was really sweet and helpful with choosing something of the way-too-tempting menu and the food was simply delicious. Everyone, including us, looked surprised when getting their plates. Every dish is a surprise, both in terms of flavours and presentation. The wines were nice, the desert original and the prices are not crazy. I therefore highly recommend this place.

First time at Alimento and we were not disappointed. Food was excellent and the service was very good. We had four dishes, Lamb Belly, White Bean Soup, White Radicchio Salad and Spelt Pasta. All were delicious. We were not expecting the portions to be as large as they are so we didn't have room for desert. Our total tab was $150 for two people including tip and four glasses of wine. I think this is a good value for the quality of the food. We will be back to enjoy other items on the menu.
